By using Refour products you will help create a significant reduction in global warming. Coffee, milk and yogurt tastes better when the environment is taken care of.
The main ingredients of Refour’s material are minerals and air – materials that emit only water vapor and air during combustion and the minerals are then delivered undamaged back to nature from where they came.
The content of the plastic is considerably smaller in Refour’s material, compared to most other packaging. Minerals can be found freely in nature and are therefore neutral to the environment – in fact, they may even help reduce the emissions of environmentally harmful substances in incineration plants all over the world …. our minerals bind such substances, so they are not discharged through the exhaust gases.
The plastic in Refour’s material is foamed, so that half of the volume consists of air. The plastic we use are polyolefins, which have the absolute lowest environmental factor of all known types of plastic used in food packaging.
Packaging made from Refour’s material often insulates better, so if you have to hold a paper cup with hot coffee, you will get a unique comfortable experience without burning your fingers. It is therefore no longer necessary to use extra cups or additional holders for hot beverages such as coffee, Cappuccino etc.
The high content of air in Refour’s material makes the packaging much lighter – typically half or even down to a quarter of the weight of similar packaging made out of paper, cardboard, plastic and other materials.

We provide the opportunity, but it is you who must use it.
100 percent recyclable
Refour’s material is 100% recyclable, quite unlike for example coffee cups made of cardboard and paper, that are very difficult to recycle. In practice it is too expensive and the energy and resources consumed to recycle coffee cups are simply too extensive and are too expensive and even more environmentally damaging.
100 percent biodegradable in nature
Refour can even be produced with an additive so that the packaging is completely broken down within a few years. With that additive the packaging breaks down itself by oxidation, and thus it does not even leave harmful micro-plastic.
