Introduction
It is important for us that you as a user of our facilities and website know that we as a company protect your personal information. We place great emphasis on transparency and accountability, which is why we have developed this privacy policy. In this, we draw attention to what personal information we collect, why we do it and how we do it. We encourage you to read this policy.

As a result of your interaction with Refour ApS, you accept this privacy policy.

IN GENERAL AND UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS  CAN WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION

Through your contact with Refour ApS, ordinary personal information is collected, and the decisive factor for which ordinary personal information Refour ApS collects about you is the purpose of the interaction. Please note that in all cases, only the information that is strictly necessary to be able to meet and fulfill the purpose of the interaction in question is collected.

This means:

1) that Refour ApS may primarily process the personal data necessary for the purpose of fulfilling a contract, to which the registered subject is part of, or for the purpose of implementing measures taken at the registered subject’s request prior to entering a contract, or

2) that Refour ApS can process your personal information as a result of your inquiry regardless of channel or media (online, telephone and personal inquiry), or

3) that Refour ApS can process your inquiry as a result of a clearly expressed consent, which will apply if the matter is not already covered by 1 and 2.

4) that Refour ApS can process your personal information in connection with user-friendliness, quality assurance and statistics. See also our policy on cookies.

Especially when subscribing to newsletters:

5) Refour ApS can process your personal information, which is necessary in relation to registration of information in connection with newsletters. It is NOT a marketing authorization issued upon registration.

If you hereby give permission for Refour ApS to send newsletters (maximum 10 newsletters per year), it is always possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter. This is done by clicking “unsubscribe newsletter” at the bottom of the email.

Personal information
According to the Danish Data Protection Agency, personal information is “any kind of information that can be attributed to a specific person, even if the person can only be identified if the information is combined with other information”. When you use our website, we collect and process a variety of information. In the case of:

  • Name
  • Company name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • City name / postcode
  • Your inquiry purpose

Purpose
We collect your personal information solely for the purpose of being able to service your inquiry. See also section 1.

Disclosure of information
We use a number of third parties for the storage and processing of data. All third parties process personal data exclusively on our behalf and cf. the purpose stated above and the data processor agreement in force at the time in question between the third party and Refour. Refour only uses data processors in the EU or in countries that can guarantee adequate protection of your information. See also sections 1.5 and 1.6.

Storage
By subscribing to the newsletter, you give permission for us to store your information. We store your data in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation.

Your personal information is stored on a secure server within the EU and for the period permitted by law. Your personal information will be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the pursuit of the above purposes, so it is not possible to specify a general time frame.

Security
We have implemented necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure that your information is not accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded, or disclosed to the any unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Insight
You can at any time request Refour, as data controller, for insights into what personal information we process about you, for what purpose, the recipients, or categories of recipients to whom the information is or will be passed on to and for how long we store your personal information. If the personal information we process about you is incorrect or out of date, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. Requests for this must be made to info @ Refour .eu.

Consent 
You can at any time, revoke your consent regarding Refour processing your personal data. All information is then deleted from Refour. Beforehand, we anonymize parts of the information we process about you, so that it can be included in statistical purposes. Requests for this must be made to info @ Refour .eu

Complaint 
If you believe that our processing of your personal data is contrary to applicable personal data legislation, you have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies 
When you visit Refour.eu, personal information about you is automatically collected, which is used to customize and improve our content. If you do not wish to collect this information, you should delete your cookies (see instructions) and refrain from further use of our website.

This non-personal information is popularly known as “cookies”, which is a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile or similar for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics, and targeting ads. Cookies cannot contain malicious codes such as viruses.
